Application Support

Requirements

  • Minimum High School or Bachelor Degree Majoring in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information System
  • Act as front liners or tier one to response every ticket inquires
  • Good communication skills
  • Collect and manage after sales projects
  • Define tasks and required resources to related department (Tech/product)
  • Monitor and report on project progress
  • Do some checks and analyze problems
  • Troubleshooting as needed or inquires escalation to the higher level, tier two or another divisions

As an Application Support, you will be responsible to response every ticket inquires and troubleshooting as needed.
