Personally Identifiable Information provided by the User, such as mobile phone number, face data, push notification name (if applicable), billing information (if applicable), and mobile device information, when the User chooses to participate in the Company’s services, including user registration.

These server logs may include information such as web requests, Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and language, referring and exit pages, URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and their order, time spent on pages, date and time of requests, cookies that may uniquely identify the User’s browser, location information, and mobile phone number.
The Company does not collect names, email addresses, physical addresses, or other contact information from Users’ mobile address books or contact lists, other than the Users’ own mobile phone numbers.
If a User submits Personally Identifiable Information to the Company, the Company uses such information to operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of the Company’s services.
The Company may use mobile phone numbers, Personally Identifiable Information, or non-personally identifiable information for administrative or marketing purposes. The Company may remove identifying elements from Personal Information so that it becomes anonymous and may disclose such anonymous data to third parties for application development, database management, service analysis, or service improvement purposes. The Company may also combine Personal Information with other data in a manner that no longer identifies the User and disclose such combined data to third parties for the purposes stated above.
The Company does not sell or lease Users’ Personal Information to third parties.

The Company may disclose Personally Identifiable Information or non-personally identifiable information if required by law or in good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to court orders or legal processes, protect the safety of individuals, enforce the Terms of Service, investigate potential violations, defend against claims, assist law enforcement, protect the integrity of the services, or safeguard the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its Users, or others.
The Company uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to protect the integrity and security of Users’ Personal Information. However, the Company cannot guarantee absolute security of any information transmitted through its services, and Users provide such information at their own risk. The use of unsecured Wi-Fi or unprotected networks is not recommended.
Once information is received, the Company takes reasonable steps to protect it, but no security measures are entirely foolproof. In the event of a security breach, the Company may notify Users electronically and may post a public notice when appropriate.
Continued use of the Company’s services constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy and any updates. The Company may modify this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in its practices.
